Advertising Co-ordinator Job Description

The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the creation and delivery of advertising of Hayes products through various sources of media (Internet, Print, broadcast). Analyzes customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies projects, secures resources, communicates project development, and drives creative development processes. Being an Advertising Coordinator works with both internal and external resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

The advertising Coordinator position typically reports to the Deputy Station Manager or Station Manager. The Advertising coordinator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

The Advertising Coordinator would liaise with our customers and deal with all aspects with producing the cost of the products to the customers and deal with finance paperwork to be sent to our Trustees of Hayes FM for Invoicing.

This position as Advertising Co-ordinator is allocated to Sylvia Smith for Hayes FM.


I am Sylvia and I have been looking after all aspects of the advertising at Hayes FM, I really enjoy this position and it has its times where it can be challenging and other times it can be relatively straightforward.
