Admin Assistance Officer is a voluntary role and can be part-time to help build your local community radio station presence within the community.
The right candidate(s) will be supporting the Admin Officer in his/her role within the organisation.
This role will not involve direct contact or training of the Third Parties or with the technical or presenting side of the organisation but further training can be given if there is an opening and if the right applicant(s) wish to further their knowledge and commitment to the organisation.
Working alongside the Admin Officer and sharing any workloads or delivering to deadlines. At times you may see sensitive information and therefore you must not divulge any information outside of Hayes FM relating to the work you’re carrying out in your role.
The admin work can range from various tasks and full training would be given to all applicants and assisted during their time at Hayes FM.
